At NextArt we want every customer to be 100% satisfied with the artwork they have chosen.

Our Policy;

If we shipped:

  • the wrong size,
  • damaged canvas
  • the wrong image

We will replace the image 100% free of charge.

Damages

You will have up to 7 days from the date of delivery to report your damaged item. You will have to provide us with a picture of the damaged item for our records. Please note however, we cannot guarantee that the image will be the exact colours that you see on your monitor or mobile device; this is due to the fact that we cannot control the calibration of your device’s screen and at times the colours may be slightly different than what you see on your screen.

Returns

If you are not unsatisfied with the art you selected and would like to return it we will accept it back. Returns must meet the following criteria;

  • You have a full 30 days from date of delivery to return your purchase
  • You must notify our support team before returning the item
  • You must include the “Return Merchandise Form” (RMF) when returning your package. The support team will email you the (RMF)
  • The purchase must be returned in the same packaging as it was sent in
  • You will be responsible to pay for the return shipping.

Refunds

We will process all approved refunds within 24 to 48 hours of receipt of the returned item. We will refund to the same account of the purchase for the full amount of the original purchase (minus shipping fees + restocking fee if applicable). You should receive the refund 5-7 business days after processing.
